Badger EWP Processing Center

Versatility
The Badger has the ability to handle up to 60 ft long I-joists with up to a 24" depth and with the Auto-Feed infeed system, you can process a lot of joists in a hurry.
Also, the Badger is supplier independent. It doesn't' care what brand of material you need to cut. That gives you the flexibility and freedom to use the best product mix for your job.

Router
With the optional router, the Badger can cut holes in the joists as it cuts them to length. The router can handle, round, rectangular, or oblong holes.

Printer
The Badger printer uses an oil based inking system for high resolution labeling of the job name, part label, and length. Settings allow you to print on one or both ends of the joist.
